HOW TO REGISTER & VOTE

Welcome to the official student election platform! 🎓

To participate in the election, you must register as a voter, get verified by the Election Committee, and then cast your vote.

📝 STEP 1 — REGISTER

1. Visit the election website.
2. Click Register / Create Account.
3. Fill in your required details correctly.
4. Submit the registration form.
5. Check your email for the account activation/password link.
6. Click the link in the email and complete your account setup.
7. Log in to your account.

⚠️ Make sure you provide accurate information. Your details will be screened by the Election Committee.

🔎 STEP 2 — WAIT FOR VERIFICATION

After registering, your account will be reviewed by the Election Committee to confirm your eligibility to vote.

Your account must be approved before you can vote.

Please be patient during the verification process.

🗳️ STEP 3 — CAST YOUR VOTE

Once your account has been approved:

1. Log in to the election website.
2. Go to the Voting Page.
3. Read through the candidates carefully.
4. Select your preferred candidate(s), according to the election rules.
5. Review your selections.
6. Click Submit Vote.
7. Wait for the confirmation that your vote has been successfully recorded.

🔐 IMPORTANT

• Register only once.
• Use a valid email address you can access.
• Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t receive the activation email.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Do not create multiple accounts.
• Only approved/eligible voters will be allowed to vote.
• Once your vote has been submitted, do not attempt to vote again unless instructed by the Election Committee.
